Shipping policy
May 22, 2025: IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR THOSE WITH PO BOXES OR REMOTE ADDRESSES
Due to the potential Canada Post strike, we will be using alternative shippers who are unable to deliver to PO boxes or remote areas. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Order Processing Time
To ensure the maximum freshness of the kefir grains when they arrive, orders are shipped out Monday to Thursday. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Most orders will be processed in 48 hours. Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that you have received your order.
Shipping times are approximately 4-10 days in the USA and 3-5 days in Canada. Sometimes there may be slight delays due to challenges within the postal service systems, so if you find that its been 14 days or more since your order has shipped then please contact us and we will send a second order.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we only ship to Canada and the United States. We are working on expanding to additional locations in the near future.
Wrong Addresses
Please enter your shipping information carefully - especially if you have autofill on! Packages that must be reshipped due to the wrong address being provided will be charged for the second delivery.
Lost in Transit
If your product is lost, we will send you a new order at no additional cost to you! A lost package is defined as a package that has not arrived to you after 14 days of shipment.
Damaged Upon Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the condition it arrived in within 10 days of receiving it for a replacement to be arranged.
Shipment Tracking
To keep costs low and affordable, we do not offer tracking with our shipping within Canada. For orders going to the United States, we offer tracking.
