I’m loving my kefir grains! They took off like a rocket and now I’ve got kefir everyday! Mountain Kefir provided healthy, robust grains so I’m giving them an A+++++++++

Arrived in good condition and with good instructions, but I still needed extra help to get rolling. There was a prompt, helpful and encouraging response each of the 3 times I emailed a question. It's satisfying now that I am producing my own kefir.

The grains came in a small bag but worked so well, in a few days I had Kefir! Wow, tastes so good! So easy to follow your great instructions, so easy to make homemade Kefir!! Thanks!!

The grains I received work great. Have used organic cow's milk, organic goat's milk and organic soy milk and the grains have thrived on all three. They're growing and soon I'll have emergency reserves in my freezer. 10/10 :)

These grains are no joke. As soon as I got them home i opened the package and got them into a clean jar with 1/2 cup of whole milk. I left it in the counter overnight and woke to perfectly thickened Kefir in the morning. Thank you!
