Worked well - tried with sheep milk, goat milk, high fat organic milk.
Grains tend to grow over time.
Feel much better than with yoghurt.

I have been milking a cow for a long time now and made kefir in the past. These grains are working very well for me and I like them. Excellent. I could do without the jar though, as I do not like the lid action.

The Kiefer grains are working well for me.

I only heard about kefir recently, so thought to give it a try. The starter kit has helped to reduce the fears, as the instructions were very helpful and so far the kefir has been great.

Arrived in good condition and with good instructions, but I still needed extra help to get rolling. There was a prompt, helpful and encouraging response each of the 3 times I emailed a question. It's satisfying now that I am producing my own kefir.
