When I first opened the packet it was under whelming but, once the process is started the grains continue to grow as production carry’s on.
The kefir it produced is very good & easily as good as store bought. I look forward each day to my “ ration”.
I would highly suggest this product for home production of kefir and additionally the grains are growing in size to the point they require subdivision.
I am so happy with my milk kefir grains! They are alive and well and proliferating! I would highly recommend!
