So I’m still learning how to do this but the instructions were good, the kefir grains are super productive and it’s going well. In fact, I’ve frozen two sets of grains because they were so plentiful. I had to email and ask for help and Mountain Kefir responded quickly and helped me with my question. Great customer service and great kefir!

It took three batches to get started, but after that, they multiplied rapidly. They are very active and healthy. I now have three grams of grains producing almost a full quart of kefir in less than 24 hours. The remaining grains have been frozen, eaten, or given away. This is my first experience with any type of kefir, and within a week, my digestion got better, I'd lost half an inch from my waist, and my skin became more clear. This is probably the best thing I've introduced to my healthcare regimen in a long time. And even though I wasn't completely blown away by the taste at first, by the third cup my body felt like it was craving it and it's now the most delicious and refreshing treat every day! I would literally drink it all day long if I could!
