These grains are no joke. As soon as I got them home i opened the package and got them into a clean jar with 1/2 cup of whole milk. I left it in the counter overnight and woke to perfectly thickened Kefir in the morning. Thank you!
I'm very happy with the grains I received. I have been making kefir since I got them and have been enjoying it. I have made smoothies, cake and even homemade tzatziki sauce
I am only leaving a review because I received the email asking me to. I was unable to revive my grains, I am not sure how long they were in transit, it was more than 10 days. I tried for 4 days and there really wasn't any grains.
First time to make Kefir.
