My Kefir grains are working great! I was able to enjoy great tasting kefir just a couple of days after receiving the grains in the mail.
When ordering this I didn't realize there were so many steps to follow...I put them in milk right away and saw no difference at all it sat there for too long I think and I would up throwing them out. I found the instructions very frustrating and there is no way in my schedule could I follow it. I am so sorry. If I would have seen these kind of instructions and knowing what I was getting into I would have never ordered them in the first place. It was a bit misleading.
